Our Policy

We are committed to making our customers happy and hope that you are happy with your order from TRIBAL TRACES.

CANCELLATION:

Please email us via the Contact Us page, or give us a call on Tel +41 79 489 22 78 to cancel an order just made. If the order has already left our warehouse, you will need to follow our returns & refunds instructions.

RETURNS

On the other hand, if you need to return an item purchased online, we would like to help you resolve the matter quickly. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. You will receive a full refund for the price of the product.

If any item is returned to us damaged or in an un-sellable condition, NO REFUND will be given.

Simply send us a Return Request via email at: tribaltraces@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please specify which item(s) you wish to return and the reason if any for the return so that we can learn how to better serve you. Once your request has been approved, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number via email. You may then send back the item(s) unopened, in perfect and saleable condition with the original product packaging, together with your Return Authorization Number. Refunds will be issued to the card, which was used to place the order once we have received the item(s) back in our warehouse.

All items are returned at your expense. The item(s) are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse. We strongly recommend obtaining a proof of purchase certificate before sending. Please return the item(s) to: TRIBAL TRACES/KISOB KOMPANY, J. KISOB-FRICK, ROEMERSTRASSE 51, CH-4106, THERWIL, SWITZERLAND.

Our goal is to process all returns within 1-2 weeks. Once your return has been processed we will issue the refund if applicable. Depending on your bank, the refund could take up to 10 days to show in your account.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for online purchases at this time.

Shipping Charges will not be refunded. Please see below for the proper way to return purchased merchandise.

Damaged/Defective Items Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us via the Contact Us page immediately if possible with an attached photograph. We will then arrange for collection of the goods and will promptly organize a replacement or issue you a full refund once we have received the damaged or defective item.

You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees for replacement shipments.

How to Return Your Merchandise

If you want to return your merchandise or if you received a damaged or defective item(s), please follow the instructions shown to start the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process:

Please immediately email tribaltraces@gmail.com, drop us a message via the Contact Us page or call us on: +41 79 489 22 78 detailing the damage/fault. If possible, please take a photograph of the damaged item and attach it with the form you submit.

Once your request has been approved, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number via email. We will then arrange for the item(s) to be returned to us with the original product packaging, together with your Return Authorization Number. Once we have received the item(s) back in our warehouse, we will then organise a replacement to be sent out to you; or alternatively issue a refund to the card, which was used to place the order.
