Handmade in Cameroon, this original organic wooden cross body bag, with leather strap and finishing, plays with different wood-type in order to introduce variety in texture and colour for the different sections of the bag – back, front, opening flap and closure are given contrast without dying the wood. The wood has been polished to a glossy finish. With this piece, the heart of the wood used for the back panel has been reinforced,. This is commonly done, by adding a protective layer of the same wood type - this does not in any way compromise the value of this beautiful bag.
